Dreamy

Experimenting with dreamy effects. I like the way it turned out. I chose this picture of my grandchildren. I cropped it and tweaked it a little bit.

These I added the bokeh picture as a layer. Using the free transform tool to fit over above photo, then I reduced the opacity to about 50%. I added a layer mask and used the brush tool to reveal the kids. I repeated this twice.

I blended the two pictures for the final outcome here...
